Annual meeting and panel discussion

Get a link to screen the documentary film The Story of Plastic, then join ORK for our annual meeting and panel discussion about the film. Following a brief annual meeting presentation, a panel of experts and advocates will answer questions relating to the film and how to prevent plastic use and pollution. New in store!

A supersoft, all fabric baseball cap style cap with a low profile crown. The mint twill is garment washed and the faux leather patch sports the ORK logo. A tuck strap in the back makes it one-size-fits-all. More colors coming soon!

Image album: Cleanups and Volunteers

We can't do this without all of you! Check out some images from cleanups across the watershed. If you want to volunteer, you can sign up any time, whether you want to adopt a landing or join a planned event. We'd love to feature you!

Take a holiday from plastic

This holiday season, we challenge you to think "plastic-free." Get some ideas on how to reduce or completely remove plastic from the holiday gifts you give.

Adopt-A-Stream training

ORK will host an Adopt-a-Stream training for chemical and bacterial monitoring at the Mary Kahrs Warnell Forest Education Center in Guyton. New citizen scientists or those seeking recertification are encouraged to attend. The training is free. Pre-registration is required.

There are many ways you can help the Ogeechee Riverkeeper protect, preserve and improve the waterways within our basin.
